Aluna George, comprised of Aluna Francis (vocals) and George Reid (music) held a one off performance at London’s trendy Sanderson Hotel.

First time I heard Aluna George, I intrigued by her 90′s R&B type vocals infused with a soulful electric pop beat. I like her quirkiness and I’m glad to be hearing her track “I know you like it” growing in popularity over mainstream radio stations (especially Radio1 and 1xtra). Therefore it was great to see her perform at the relaxed and fresh Sanderson Hotel, and I look forward to seeing her again this Saturday at the Wireless Festival to! (Although she tell me she doesn’t know what time she’s performing)
